India is a big country, so it's going to take a vast menu to cover it.
Hyderabad's epic list (200-plus dishes) has India's varied cuisines covered - all in one rather plain dining room. You'll find the earthy tandoor and korma dishes of the north, the Indo-Chinese influences of the east and seafood, attributed to the west. But its speciality is the south, with dishes such as dosa, idly, vada and signature biryani. It's all well priced and well prepared whichever direction you go.
